WARNING! I had a mean green today please keep your distance

So, today I made my mean green drink and it was potent like you wouldn’t believe.  Here is what goes into a Mean Green - Spinach, Kale, Parsley, Romaine, Cucumber, Green Apple, and a Garlic Clove (hence the mean) It was refreshing but had a major bite because of the garlic.  Garlic has lots of great medicinal qualities, it is very cleansing.  I had a throat ache and after drinking this juice it was not as powerful.  I hardly feel it anymore.  WOW!

The only downfall to ingesting raw garlic is… yeah the smell.  When I finally hit the gym to get my sweat on everyone steer clear. I mean it.
